Background
My journey into the world of quality management began in 2018 when I took over national QM responsibilities in the logistics industry while simultaneously overseeing the transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015. Having successfully completed my degree in business administration and business psychology, and with relevant experience in strategic corporate project management, I was able to deepen my expertise in the implementation and business integration of quality management within companies. Since late 2024, I have been supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the successful implementation and further development of their quality management systems, and since 2026, I have also been assisting with the implementation of AI management systems.
